The show starts with Axel and Kid Kazama Vs Xavier Danger and Red Scorpion, but soon, after tagging in himself in and out slapping Kazama's face, he blatantly loses interest in the match and denies to be effective part of the tag Team, Even turing his head and shouting "That's too much! I can't watch! I can't watch!" during the decisive pinfall by the opponent's team.

After the match, Fury grabbed the mic to express his anger about how TCW office.
He declared that he felt humiliated to be in a tag match, since he is the rightful First Contender to the TCW Heavyweight Championship, but he will use his title shot, that he won in a battle royal, very soon.

After the bloody match between Tyson Damien and the Champion Fenriz, Fury walks in to interrupt Fenriz's celebration for retaining the title, and bringing with him the suitcase containing the contract, and GM Pietro Mazzara as well.

Fury mocks Fenriz, and tells him to get ready, beacause soon he will challenge him for the title, but Fenriz doesn't step back and replies to Fury to solve the problem right there.
Fury, smiling, reveals a clause of the contract: he can choose the type of match, and he chooses a match with a special referee: The Marquis!

The crowd soundly booed the start of the match then chanting Fenriz's name, but the champion was still bleeding profusely, and debilitated by the previous match, so he could do little more that defend himself from Fury's attacks, targeting the champion's head, while the Maquis willingly ignores Axel's rules infringements.
Fury' splits more open the gash on Fenriz's head with his hands, hits him with knees, punches, and dropping legs and elbows, even biting Fenriz's forehead spitting away the blood.

Fiercely, Fury continued his bashing, even using his opponent blood as a war facepaint, before hitting him with the belt, and then executing a Maximum Fury over the belt, to get the victory and the title, all this with the permission of the Marquis, that even does a fast-count to advantage Fury.
Not satisfied, Fury uses more blood to cover the belt with it and showing it to the crowd, to make clear that anyone crossing his path will pay with his own blood that decision.
